So far so good! It feels great to be able to jump right in with someone and get going! I had been subconsciously putting this off because it was making me just feel uneasy about talking to someone again. But, now I’m so glad. And I should have been doing this all along! She’s easy to talk to and “gets” me. It’s like talking to a friend. I’ll keep at it for the foreseeable future!

Amy is the best therapist I have seen. she is professional but always shows that she’s listening and like she actually cares about me and what I’m saying. she doesn’t only show up on our appointment days but checks in on me at other times and send me inspiring messages and messages with how to work through certain issues throughout the week. I feel like I’ve made a lot of progress with Amy.

Amy has been great in responding to my messages and especially when there are crisises. She has given great book recommendations that we then use during our sessions. I feel like I’ve been able to make progress while making new goals.

Thank you. Beyond all else, you took a jumbled mess and gave me the tools to sort myself out. And I will carry that with me always. Thank you for reminding me how to be okay.

Amy has helped me incredibly to learn myself better. She shows you that there’s always another way for doing something when I’m in desperation. She really motivated me and I mean that. She helped me gain awareness and mindfulness of my own life again. She is always there for the most simple worries of everyday life but also for stuff that is dark and was kept in a chamber of my brain that I barely ever opened. She made me feel comfortable opening up to her since the first session. She doesn’t only make my day but most importantly she is the reason I have started healing. My appreciation for her is indescribable.

Amy was on point with my momentum and let me lead, identifying and indulging in my emotions. She guided me and read my needs well with homework applicable to moving to a new level of awareness and towards freedom of using my emotions as healthy guides, and not being hijacked by them or denying them into a numbing state. What was crucially important for me moving forward, as well as skill development for processing and advancing in any situation was her personalization specific to exactly what I was processing or working through tips and reflective thought engagement. Very friendly and likable personality. I move fairly fast and intensely. She adapted to my momentum, and it allowed me to progress very quickly!

I have been to a few therapists in my life and I can honestly say that she is the best one I’ve had. Previous therapists have just done the same things every appointment but Amy always has something different each session but it always ends up getting to the root of our problems. Highly recommend her!
